Arcachon Cap Ferret Oysters

Over hundreds of years, the Arcachon Bay has been known, and recognised, for its oysters. Oyster farming activity grew in the area over time, gradually transforming this land into a land marked by oyster production. In the heart of this tidal lagoon, the oyster beds grow numerous oysters, providing it with everything it needs for its growth. It takes three to five years of patience and expertise for oyster farmers to transform the spat into an oyster ready to be tasted.
This long period of aging gives our oysters its most valuable characteristic: “The taste of coming from here! “.
